Julianne Grayauskie

Julianne was hired at Children’s Home Society of Florida as an expansion position for the Healthy Families St. Johns program in August of 2016, specifically to serve as a home visitor for Northern St. Johns County. Julie has since cross-trained to be able to enter her own data, and has become a certified Family Assessment Worker. Julie consistently utilizes her remote capabilities and self-determination to meet her outcomes quarterly, while also completing Assessments on families in Northeast Florida. Julianne states that she meets families wherever they are on their journey, and supports the family’s desire for change, and then works with them to make progress toward safety and self-sufficiency.
