The Superstar Foundation partners with organizations committed to identifying and rewarding their highest performing direct service workers who use data to make a measurable difference in the lives of the people and communities they serve. We help partners incorporate a Superstar Award into their employee recognition programs, and together, we make a cash award to an exceptional individual working on the front-lines in each partner organization.
Superstar organizational partners have often been surprised by how well received the awards are internally, and by some of the other benefits derived by running an internal competition. As a partner organization explained last year, “Highlighting successful applications and explicitly underscoring how client level data is used to manage and shape relationships, client interactions and drive results elevated our internal conversations about “outcomes.”

The Superstar Foundation is thrilled to align with partners who share a vision of a high performing non-profit sector. These organizations are using the recognition process developed by the Superstar Foundation to identify, highlight and reward high performing direct service staff in their member organizations, portfolio of grantees or for a specific geographical region. Individuals who are picked as Superstars by these partners receive a cash award and are automatically considered for the national, Veronica Awards sponsored by the Superstar Foundation.

The Superstar Foundation provides a match up to $1,000 to partner organizations in the first year of participation, with the expectation that the organization will continue the tradition of picking a "Superstar" in subsequent years. Individuals that are identified as an organizational Superstar are automatically considered for the $5,000, national Veronica Awards given each year by the Superstar Foundation.
