Jenea Lucas

Jenea is the Family Specialist at EGA. Jenea uses data to understand the needs of the residents on her caseload and has created new workshops based on what she learns. She is diligent in completing the Columbia WORC Assessment for each participant, which has helped residents to more clearly define a path for the future, and contributed to the higher number of mothers in school and receiving degrees last year.
