Steve Montgomery has nearly 30 years of non-profit service, which include 6 years of project management and 12 years of case management focused on workforce development. Target populations have included at-risk youth from the juvenile justice system; foster care youth transitioning to independent living; and disadvantaged adults returning from prison.
