As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 25 years of experience in quality and performance improvement, Julie possesses a unique combination of clinical and administrative expertise in the nonprofit sector. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Planning and Evaluation, she oversees strategic planning, outcomes and performance measurement, grants, research, and community response for the United Way of Greater St. Louis.

Julie is an Ambassador for the Leap of Reason Community and has been involved with the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award in Missouri for 10 years, mostly recently serving as a Judge. As an Adjunct Professor at Washington University’s Brown School of Social Work, she teaches Evaluation of Programs and Services.
