An award winner must first be nominated through the Superstar Foundation website. Please click on the appropriate button below if you are a manager or supervisor and would like to nominate a member of your team OR if you are a Superstar and would like your manager or supervisor to nominate you.
The 10 question nomination form will take approximately 1 hour to complete. You may stop at any time during the nomination process and return to complete the form at a later date. There are four components of the nomination form:
Multiple Choice Questions on Service Strategy and Engagement
Three (3) Essay Questions Highlighting Evidence of Exceptional Performance
