Only direct service staff who provide services to the target population of a given organization are eligible for a Superstar Award. Staff who will be considered for the Roca Superstar awards have to be employed for at least one year and will be judged based on their data for the previous year.
An award winner must first be nominated through the Superstar Foundation website. Please click on the appropriate button below if you are a manager or supervisor and would like to nominate a member of your team OR if you are a Superstar and would like your manager or supervisor to nominate you.
The 10 question nomination form will take approximately 1 hour to complete. You may stop at any time during the nomination process and return to complete the form at a later date. There are four components of the nomination form:
